Having traveled to 21 U.S. states and 16 countries across 5 of the 7 continents, I've immersed myself in diverse cultures and experiences. Living with a homestay family in Japan and attending a leadership summit in Switzerland are among the highlights that have broadened my worldview. These journeys have enriched my appreciation for cultural diversity and informed my inclusive leadership approach.
